In the community tools meeting Amanda Linden said to report inappropriate content. I decided to find out what was and what wasn't inappropriate content. I spent an hour reporting what I felt was inappropriate content based on a warning I received from Genn Moderator.
Amanda Linden made this statement "Stay patient with us while we work through the issues and find the right moderation levels". If Amanda cannot define what the right level of moderation is, what makes Genn Moderator the expert?

Genn Moderator decided to send me a personal letter to harass me with Amanda Van Nuys approval. Here is the letter. (Note how semi-literate Genn Moderator is) Ever hear of spell check in the moderator department?
| Hi Susperia Finucane, I'm replying to let you know that submitting numerous reports of nonabuse is interfering with the moderation process. I've personally dealt with over 10 reports from you just today, with more to go, and none of the reports you've submitted have been found to be against the guidelines. We'd like the members to be able to joke around and follow the natural flow of conversation. Some off-topic posting is to be expected. We always look at the difference between blatant disruptive off-topic posting and harassment, and harmless banter. Context is always looked at. Also, in your reply you stated that you're resubmitting examples of harassment to see d all reports are taken serioif moderation is taking place. Submitting reports to test the moderation team is also an abuse of the moderation process, so please refrain from doing so, and in the future, only report posts and threads that are against the guidelines and ToS of this community, or a warning will be issued against your account. I'd like to add that all reports are taken seriously, so I don't want you to feel like you can't report abuse to us. Just please make sure the report is legitimately against the guidelines before you submit it. Thanks, Genn |
What a joke. I've posted many examples against the guidelines yet Genn Moderator gives me a warning for a video and claims to know what is and is not a legitimate report?
Amanda told us to report what we felt was inappropriate content in public (here) but then tells Genn Moderator to send me a threatening letter?
How can a threatening letter like this be permitted by Amanda Linden?
Amanda, you need to call off your dog and stop allowing your moderators to threaten your user base. If you hadn't approved of the privacy violation, you wouldn't have to be trying to silence people. Are you going to ban me from SL?
Amanda, you deleted my name and most of my comments from the meeting minutes for the Community Tools User Group. (Here) Are you going to ban me from the meetings? How long are you going to harass and discriminate?
Twice Amanda says no racist comments yet allows them to be posted referring to me and allows harassment based on a persons heritage. (here)
How long are you going to use a double standard Amanda? Either it's against the guidelines or it isn't. Why are you protecting Genn Moderator's hit squad? (Or is it actually yours?)
