Open Letter to Rod Humble CEO LRI
Amanda Van Nuys aka Amanda Linden and her moderation team have breached the Linden Lab privacy policy in retribution for me exposing the moderation team's abusive and discriminatory practices.
The policy states:
http://secondlife.com/corporate/privacy.php
After reading the circumstances, none of them apply. (one may be stretching it but that would be for a court of law to decide)
The moderation team, headed by Amanda Van Nuys, is publicly publishing customer/user IP addresses via http://prntscr.com/ and the website Lightshot. These files are (confirmed) publicly accessible and you can share these files using many types of network media, violating not only LL's privacy policy, but also the two publishing website's privacy policies.
I attempted to resolve these issues privately, asking Amanda for the chain of communication, which she refused to give me. I emailed Amanda (per her statement in the Thursday meeting) regarding the abuse, her reply was that she "saw" and basically "too bad".
She has failed to reply to any subsequent emails despite over 36 hours elapsing.
I would like to amicably resolve this and will happily provide disclosure of the electronic communications between myself and the LL employees involved via email for your legal team.
At this point, I would settle for an apology, removal of my private information from the public sites, and the reinstatement of my record before I was abused and discriminated against by the moderation team (including no future abuse for exposing them)
Sincerely,
Suspiria
